Natviol
Our main goal was to create a web platform that reliably and straightforwardly addresses two key needs for foreigners working in Poland: legalizing their stay and starting work as a driver or courier without the need to set up their own business. Natviol is one of the leading billing partners in Poland, servicing drivers and couriers collaborating with apps such as Uber, Bolt, FreeNow, Glovo, Wolt, Uber Eats, and Pyszne.pl. The core premise of the project was to build a brand that bridges the formal, administrative nature of the subject matter (stay legalization, documentation, driver's licenses) with the lightness and energy of the gig economy, while maximizing the simplification and automation of the onboarding process for new drivers and couriers.
We based the visual identity on the contrast between a fresh lime green and deep hues of purple and navy blue. Paired with the Neue Haas Grotesk typeface, this creates a cohesive, modern, and easily scalable design system—from the homepage to mobile assets. The site's architecture guides the user through clearly delineated pathways: legalizing stay and employment, the offer for taxi drivers, courier jobs, and the rental of vehicle, scooter, and bicycle fleets. We designed clean benefit and perk modules (including Multisport cards, fuel discounts, and medical care), a trust-building customer review section, and an intuitive registration form—"Join 25,000 drivers"—which serves as the platform's primary CTA.
The experience is rounded out by a "How it works?" section, which provides a step-by-step explanation of the simple and transparent billing system. This ensures that the process of joining Natviol is effortlessly understandable, even for individuals who are taking their very first steps in Poland.
