AI assistants and chatbots for businesses
We build assistants that answer only on the basis of your documents and show the source of every answer. For customers on your website, for your sales team, for your staff. Integrated with CRM, ERP and your shop.
What assistants we build
The same mechanism, different applications. Below are the ones we're asked about most often.
Customer service assistant on your website
Answers questions about your offer, orders and terms of cooperation based on your materials, and passes more complex cases to an employee.
Product advisor in your online shop
Helps customers choose a product that fits their needs, compares variants and answers technical questions based on your catalogue.
Sales assistant
Quickly finds information about products, price lists and previous offers, so the salesperson can answer the customer right away.
Internal knowledge base
Employees ask about procedures, instructions and documentation, and the assistant answers with a link to the source document.
HR and IT helpdesk assistant
Answers recurring questions about leave, benefits, system access and hardware setup, taking load off HR and IT.
Assistant in a B2B portal or CRM
Works where your customers and team already work: suggests order statuses, customer data and next steps.
Three types of chatbots, three different capabilities
The word "chatbot" covers very different solutions. The difference decides whether a bot helps or hurts your image.
Rule-based chatbot
- Where answers come from
- Predefined scenarios
- Flexibility
- Low, gets lost outside the script
- Risk of making things up
- Low, but answers "I don't understand"
- Answer source
- None
- Good for
- Simple, predictable paths
Chatbot with a language model (no own data)
- Where answers come from
- The model's general knowledge
- Flexibility
- High
- Risk of making things up
- High for questions about your company
- Answer source
- None
- Good for
- General questions unrelated to your data
Knowledge base assistant (RAG)
- Where answers come from
- Your documents, searched at the moment of the question
- Flexibility
- High, within your knowledge
- Risk of making things up
- Lower, but requires testing and supervision
- Answer source
- Shown
- Good for
- Questions about your offer, procedures, documentation
Sometimes a simple bot with predefined paths is enough. If after our conversation it turns out your case doesn't need a language model, we'll tell you straight.
How do we work together?
Use case conversation
We establish who will use the assistant, what questions it should answer and which knowledge sources it can use.
Test question set
Together with you we prepare a list of real questions and expected answers. It's the quality benchmark for the whole project.
Prototype on your documents
We build a working version on real materials, so you can see how the assistant handles your knowledge before investing in a full rollout.
Quality and permission tests
We check the answers against the test set, edge cases and whether the assistant sees only the documents the user has access to.
Rollout and maintenance
We launch the assistant where it's meant to work, monitor conversations and keep the knowledge base up to date.
Security and compliance
The assistant has access to your knowledge, so we design security from day one.
Access control
The assistant sees and cites only the documents a given user has access to. Different content for customers, for employees, for departments.
Personal data protection
We limit the data passed to models to the necessary minimum and choose providers and configuration with GDPR in mind, including data location. We agree the details for each project.
Disclosing the use of AI
Users know they are talking to an AI assistant. Under Article 50 of the AI Act, people interacting with an AI system should be informed of this, and the provision applies from 2 August 2026. We design a clear label by default.
Logs and audit
Conversations and answer sources are recorded (according to the agreed retention policy), so you can check what the assistant answered and on what basis.
This is not legal advice. Compliance requirements depend on your industry and use case, so for larger implementations we recommend consulting a lawyer. We'll make sure the solution technically supports it.
