For Szkoltex, we prepared a comprehensive UX/UI design for an internal application supporting the management of training, materials, and teaching staff. The aim of the project was to organize and standardize processes that were previously scattered and time-consuming, as well as to increase organizational efficiency and the quality of vocational courses.

We began with the discovery and user needs analysis stage, which included interviews and the identification of key problems in the daily work of teachers and administrators. Based on this, we designed a logical information structure, key application views, and intuitive user paths.

The UI design was based on a clear, neutral aesthetic, with an emphasis on interface clarity, information hierarchy, and ease of use on both desktop and mobile devices. The whole thing was designed as a coherent and scalable system, ready for further application development.

The result is a refined UX/UI design that truly supports users' daily work and provides a solid foundation for the implementation of a functional internal application.
